Last night Chris and I went to the Eagles concert in Salt Lake. Actually it was at the Rio Tinto soccer stadium in Sandy. It was the first concert to be held there and the Eagles last North American concert for this tour. All I can say is: IT WAS AWESOME!!! They are really great. They actually sound on stage as good as their albums. We had really fantastic seats thanks to Daren. They were on the floor not all that far from the stage. We went with Daren & Marcelle and Krehl and Amy. Then some other friends came to. It was a beautiful night with great music. Dinner was also wonderful. We went and ate at the Roof restaurant in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. If you have never had the chance the eat there I highly recommend it. Very classy with fantastic food. The bonus to all of this was a night out with my wonderful husband. We always have so much fun together. We are always laughing and joking about something. All I can say is marriage is terrific when you marry your best friend! I definitely recommend an Eagles concert as well. Their music really can fit just about anyone. I know this because every walk of life attends their concerts. This is the second one Chris and I have been too and that has been the case with both. It is really cool to see such a wide range of people.
