Kade & Lindsee - September 17. 2010!

Kade and Lindsee got married September 17th in the Manti Temple.  It was a beautiful day.  It was so fun to be there and be a part of their special day.  Congrats you two!!

 

  

We Moved!

We moved to our new house in August.  We enjoy it so much and are loving where we live.  These are the only pictures I have loaded on the computer thus far.  Having the horse barn attached to our home is so convenient.  Especially, now it is winter and it is cold.  I don't have to go outside to feed the horses and the barn stays pretty warm.  The coldest it has been is about 40 degrees.  It makes it so nice to clean pens, groom horses and saddle.  I am really spoiled but I am enjoying every minute of it! 

School Days - August 2010!

School started August 23rd.  I can not believe how fast summer goes by.  I wasn't ready for it too start, again.  We were having way too much fun and didn't want school getting in the way.  Taze is in 2nd grade this year and Tesi started kindergarten.  They both have excellent teachers and they are enjoying their school days.  Preston changed to the 4 day school week.  They start at 8:00 a.m. and get out at 3:45 p.m.  They are long days but we sure do enjoy having Friday off.  Tesi goes in the afternoons.  That has been nice for her so she can still sleep in.  (Which she loves to do!) 

Fall 2010 - Soccer and Hunting!

This fall Taze played soccer again.  He loved it.  He had a lot of fun and improved his game quite a bit.  They all had to sit out one quarter unless they would play goalie on their off quarter.  So Taze made sure he got his turn as goalie so he didn't have to sit out of the game.  He did a great job at every position he played.  He has a lot of natural athletic talent, just like his dad!  It was so fun to watch him play.  Hunting was also an exciting time this fall.  Chris and Taze went deer hunting and elk hunting.  They had a great time.  Taze was not going to let Chris pass up anything legal to shoot this year so they brought home a little two point buck.  The deer wasn't mount worthy but he sure is tasty!  Good job guys.

Lake Powell - June 2010!

Krehl and Amy invited us to Lake Powell with them in June.  Chris finally talked me into leaving everything at home and going on vacation for a few days.  It was so worth it.  We had a blast and I even learned to relax a little.  The kids had so much fun.  They swam and swam and swam.  We were on the perfect beach and we were close to some great hiking.  I have to admit I was pretty sore from wake boarding and surfing but it sure was fun.  We also had a blast on big Mable and if you have never been catapulted, you should really try it.  It is quite a rush.  We had absolutely perfect weather.  Chris certainly won't have to talk too much to get me down there again.  Thanks, Krehl and Amy, we sure appreciate your hospitality!  These are a few pictures of all the fun we had.

The Rest of May 2010!

I thought these pictures were cute of Maggie.  Her and Krynn came to visit and she loved all the animals.  Chris took some great pictures of them so I thought I would post them.
