The Happenings of May 2010 - State Softball Tournament!

Brooke plays for Spanish Fork.  This was her junior year.  We were so lucky to go see her play in the state championship game.  She did an amazing job.  She is a great little athlete.  The game was so intense and nerve wracking.  My Mom and I ended up on the news when we were jumping and screaming.  It was so fun.  Good job Brooke and good luck Lady Dons this spring.  Bring it home!

 

The Happenings of May 2010 - Tesi's 5th Birthday!

 The May activities continuation moves right into Tesi's 5th birthday.  Wow, I can hardly believe it.  We  had another big party for her and shared her birthday with so many of our great family members.  She was so excited and enjoyed every minute.  Life was quite hectic in May this year so I had cakes made for both her and Taze.  She chose to have a Hannah Montana cake.  She was excited to get the mic and start singing.  I just hope her 6th birthday takes awhile to get here.  I am really enjoying my 5 year old.  

  
 

 

 

 

 

The Happenings of May 2010 - Taze's 7th Birthday!

Wow, my boy is 7 years old already.  Why do they have to grow up so fast?  As always we had a big party for him with lots of our family members.  We love our families so much and appreciate that they all come to help us celebrate Taze and Tesi's birthdays every year.  It was a fun party with lots of good food and fun.  Taze and Tesi both decided to have pinata's.  So I let them choose their favorite candy and let them fill their own pinata.  They both thought that was a lot of fun and so did all the kids that had a try at breaking them.  I have included some great pictures of our fellow partyers.  Happy Birthday Taze!

The Happenings of May 2010 - 1st a Wedding!

It has been a long time since I have blogged anything so I am way behind.  I decided to catch up from last spring with separate blogs.  This is mainly for me in order to keep things straight and all the happenings in the right order.  Nonetheless it is fun to remember all the great things that have happened the last few months.  First off, my niece, Lorin got married to her wonderful man Jason on May 7th.  Which just happens to be Taze's birthday.  He was not very happy with them and he let them know it.  He is so funny but you really can't blame him.  Birthdays are so exciting for kids.  It all worked out though, we just celebrated his birthday the next day.  (That will be the next post!)  I have included some of the pictures from the reception.  It was so beautiful and fun.  Lorin did a great job planning everything and the candy table was a huge hit.  The weather cooperated which was a nice surprise since the rest of spring was so cold and wet. Such an exciting time for them!  Congrats you two!  Enjoy every minute you have with each other!!
